Working with the University of La Verne SBDC program I developed a web application to improve the survival rate of new small businesses by making business planning easier. The University of La Verne SBDC has developed a web app, called Business Plan Project (www.businessplanproject.org), that makes the task of creating a business plan;

1. Less confusing: Subscribers can meet with business planning consultants (via Zoom) one-on-one, so they never feel lost or don’t know what to do.

2. Faster: Our web application breaks down the business plan into a series of questions that are straight-forward and easy to answer. The application does especially well with regards to the development of financial projections.

3. Free: Access to the website, downloads and one-on-one consulting are all 100% free to the community because the program is grant funded.
